Environmental Eye donates photographs for the environmental and conservation community. Photography is the most effective means to communicate the beauty and fragility of the earth. Environmental groups need effective images and we have them.
Environmental Eye provides images to green groups via this web site. We have an ever expanding collection of photographs. Just a few samples are now uploaded. Please write via the contact page for more information about your group and its specific needs.
Richard Blair and Kathleen Goodwin have started the image library with their work. They have over 40 years’ experience as photographers and publishers and have taken over 100,000 location photographs. They require a credit line which links to this webpage in exchange for this usage.
Environmental Eye actively seeks to expand its library with the work of other photographers.
We are just starting! We are working on the design of the website, the programming of the image database, and the scanning of images. We are publicizing the work of Environmental Eye with Ad Words, a Google grant. We are maintaining an office and staff to screen users, edit and catalog the images plus expand the website.
As Environmental Eye grows, we want to assign photographers to get current images of the natural world and changes to our environment.
If you want to contribute to this project in any way please contact us. You can donate; it is tax deductible. Volunteers are always welcome. We need scanners, and photo and web savvy people who can help - and want to learn too.
